“ Learning by Working; Working by Learning” project, developed in cooperation with Shkodra Regional Employment Fund aimed at improving the capacities, readiness for delivering qualitative services for children and pregnant women from graduating students by stimulating cooperation between different local actors.
Through educational courses and internship practices at local government institutions, private enterprises and NGOs operating in the region of Shkodra, the project created opportunities to generate sustainable health care services from graduating students.
Also, this project aimed to fight social phenomena such as loss of desire to develop themselves, loss of social and communication values as a result of a variety of social and economic development factors in their living environment, youth social degeneration as a result of the negative impacts in society and non-availability of employment opportunities etc.
The project provided to the young people the necessary training and opportunities to develop better health care services in their place of work.
