Final Project Evaluation “Strengthening the capacity of civil society to protect the rights of children with disabilities in Albania”, funded from EU, implemented from World Vision UK, MEDPAK and Partneret per Femije.
The assignment aimed to measure using mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) the extent that objectives of the project have impacted the beneficiaries and to identify any changes over time ëhile exploring as well the unintended consequences of the intervention and broader impact in children ëith disability in Albania (At least 200 CWD and other children between 3-14 years from 10 schools in Elbasan and Dibra, peer educators/youth groups, CBOs, parents and families, school boards, teachers, school psychologists (from 10 schools). 50 professionals from 9 regions (teachers, health staff, social workers, CPUs, psychologists), local government (Elbasan and Dibra), Ministry of Education and Social Science, Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities. 7 CSOs (part of Albanian Disability Development Coalition (ADDC including DPOs), and local university teachers).
