In fulfilling the legal obligations, the Municipality of Lushnja today finalized the signing of the agreement for the CONSTRUCTION OF THE MECHANISM OF WORKING FOR THE REFERENCE AND TRAINING OF THE CASES OF OTHER FORCES IN MARRIAGE. Referring to DCM 334, dated 17.02.2011, the Mayor chairs the Steering Committee. Members of the Steering Committee for coordinating the activity of the institutions of the responsible authorities, at the local level, and referring to cases of domestic violence, and parties to the signing of this agreement: Lushnja Police Directorate, Lushnje Judicial District Court, District Prosecutor’s Office Lushnja, Lushnje Bailiff’s Office, Lushnje Public Health Directorate, Lushnje Hospital, Lushnje State Social Service Directorate, Lushnje Education Directorate, Lushnje Local Employment Office. This remarkable result was achieved thanks to a very good cooperation with the Municipality of Lushnja, with the support of #IPSED, within the project “Active Citizen Informed and Access to Justice” as part of the grant scheme of the project “Inclusion of civil society for a functional and equal system of justice for all in Albania ”, funded by the European Union and implemented by #SavetheChildrenAlbania and the Center for Legal Services and Practices
